Texo Trade Services opens office in Germany

Texo Trade Services (TTS), the expert in transfer print media and printable textiles, has opened an office in Nienstaedt, Germany. It is the new base from which TTS will be working on expanding its German business.

With an office in Germany employing German workers, TTS aims to strengthen its ties with the market across the eastern border. Two years ago, TTS recruited sales manager Kai Klabunde to put us in an even better position to respond to market changes and the specific needs of our German customers. Together, Kai Klabunde and Jannett Kern now make up the German team in the state of Lower Saxony.

Kai Klabunde: “As well as offering the best products, we are specialists who can offer expert advice on digital printable textiles and digital sublimation paper. However, each country is unique and, as such, the needs and requirements of the market often demand a different approach. Customers may have specific needs, and if you’re in the same country, you can recognise them more easily. You are also able to respond better and more quickly to any developments. Our office in Nienstaedt literally puts us closer to the German customers; we speak the same language and consequently we are able to provide them with even better advice and service.”
